This was my first time trying salt therapy. My 8 year old is at the tail end of a cold and I felt like I was getting her cold. Lily showed us around and explained everything. My daughter also liked chatting with her. I would definitely love to come back. It really made a difference in my cold.

This place is incredibly special . The space and the people who work here are very conducive for healing . I brought my son who had been under the weather for some time . The room we were in was set up for our kids to be able to play in the salt and wjth toys while their body reaped the benefits of the salt room.
